The evidence was absolute: wire transfers, fraudulent loan applications, and meticulous paper trails proving systematic embezzlement spanning nearly three years.
Sitting in the front row of the gallery, I watched as the federal judge banged his gavel, delivering the final, unyielding verdict.
Denise Vance was sentenced to four years in federal prison for conspiracy and wire fraud, with mandatory asset forfeiture of all remaining properties. Tyler Vance received a three-year sentence, his once-promising corporate credentials permanently revoked, leaving him labeled a convicted felon in every jurisdiction across the country. Greg’s case was settled under a lesser plea, but he was forced to liquidate his entire estate to pay back restitution to my corporate accounts.
