Three days dragged by like a slow execution.

The neurotoxin used on Elena matches a restricted chemical compound only imported by a shell corporation registered under Vanessa Moretti’s maiden name. She didn’t just isolate your first wife—she was running experiments using stolen pharmaceutical patents.”

My breath hitched. It wasn't just greed. It was something far more depraved.
