Chapter 9 - The Final Thread

That evening, I held a private opening ceremony for the new flagship store.
Only my closest allies were present—Julian, Lord Harrison, Sarah, and the master artisans who had helped me rebuild my life from the ashes.
At the center of the main showroom, enclosed inside a climate-controlled glass pedestal, sat the original charred velvet ribbon that had started it all. It still glowed with that soft, eternal iridescent light, a reminder that beauty born from tragedy can never be destroyed.
Lord Harrison walked up beside me, resting his hand gently on my shoulder.
"Your mother would be so proud of you, Lyra," he said softly, his voice thick with emotion. "She always said you had the heart of a true creator."
"She gave me the needle, Grandfather," I replied, looking up at him with a warm smile. "I just learned how to sew."
Julian stepped up beside us, holding two glasses of champagne. "A toast," he said, lifting his glass. "To The House of Phoenix... and to the woman who brought an empire back from the dead."
