Chapter 5 - The Final Judgment and Absolute Destruction**

Forty-eight hours later, on a crisp Tuesday morning, Harrison Blake sat at the head of the polished oak boardroom table on the forty-second floor of Blake Tower, presiding over a high-stakes emergency meeting with his senior syndicate lieutenants and corporate directors.

The atmosphere in the room was thick with tension. Suddenly, the heavy double doors of the boardroom swung open with a deafening slam.

Harrison frowned, looking up with irritation. “I gave explicit orders that we were not to be disturbed—!”

He stopped mid-sentence.

It wasn't an office assistant.

It was Simone.

She walked into the boardroom flanked by two towering, broad-shouldered armed federal marshals and her attorney, Diane Foster, who carried a massive, thick leather briefcase. Behind them walked Francine, clutching a secure laptop displaying flashing operational data feeds.

Harrison stood up slowly from his leather executive chair, a nervous, bewildered chuckle escaping his lips. “Simone? What is the meaning of this? This is a private corporate meeting—you can't just barge in here with armed guards—”

“Sit down, Harrison,” Simone commanded, her voice cutting through the heavy boardroom air like a razor-sharp blade of steel.

The sheer, freezing authority in her tone caused several of Harrison’s hardened syndicate associates to instinctively shift back in their seats.

Diane Foster stepped forward, placing a thick stack of official court-stamped legal documents directly onto the center of the mahogany table, sliding them right up against Harrison’s coffee cup.

“What is this?” Harrison demanded, his face flushing a dangerous shade of crimson as he glanced down at the papers.

“That, Mr. Blake, is an emergency civil injunction, an asset freeze order, and a comprehensive criminal referral filed jointly with the United States Department of Justice and the State Attorney General’s Office,” Diane stated with crystal-clear precision.

Harrison’s eyes darted frantically across the first page. United States District Court... In Re: Estate of Simone Blake vs. Harrison Blake... Corporate Fraud, Wire Fraud, Embezzlement, and Felony Asset Concealment.

“This is insane! These are lies!” Harrison roared, slamming his palms down onto the table so hard the heavy glass water pitchers rattled. “I’m a legitimate businessman! You can’t touch my assets! We have an ironclad prenuptial agreement protecting every single cent I own!”

Simone stepped closer, her dark eyes flashing with absolute, unadulterated power. She reached down, picked up the original prenuptial agreement she had retrieved from their safe, and tapped the final page right beneath Harrison’s nose.

“You’re entirely correct, Harrison. We did sign an ironclad prenuptial agreement seven years ago,” Simone said softly, every syllable dripping with lethal satisfaction. “Specifically, section fourteen, paragraph B.”

Harrison froze. His eyes locked onto the highlighted text.

*“...provided, however, that in the event of proven financial fraud, intentional concealment of marital assets, or illegal diversion of joint funds into unauthorized third-party corporate entities controlled by the party of the first part, all standard asset-protection clauses and wealth-retention limits shall instantly become null and void, transferring one hundred percent of all corporate equity, real estate holdings, and liquid capital directly into the sole, unfettered possession of the innocent party.”*

The color drained entirely from Harrison’s face. He looked up at his wife with sheer, unadulterated terror, realizing for the first time in his arrogant life just who he had tried to betray.

“You... you set this up,” Harrison whispered, his voice trembling uncontrollably. “You knew about Natasha... you knew about the accounts all along...”

“I didn't just build a foundation from nothing, Harrison,” Simone replied, her voice echoing coldly off the glass walls of the boardroom as she turned toward the federal marshals. “I built an empire. And today, I’m taking back every single brick.”

“Take him into custody,” Diane Foster instructed quietly.

Before Harrison could even draw another breath, the two federal marshals stepped forward, grabbed his arms with practiced brutality, slapped cold steel handcuffs around his wrists, and hauled him backward out of his own executive chair.

As Harrison was dragged out of the boardroom, kicking and screaming in desperate panic while his corporate empire instantly crumbled into absolute dust around him, Simone didn't even flinch.

She walked over to the floor-to-ceiling glass window, looking out over the magnificent, sprawling Manhattan skyline bathed in brilliant morning sunlight.

Inside her, the baby gave one final, gentle, reassuring kick.

Simone rested her hand softly over her stomach, lifted her chin with unbreakable pride, and breathed in the sweet, crisp air of total, absolute victory.
